Here’s a cute little healthy and patriotic breakfast, lunch or snack for you and the kids! It’s all red, white and blue, all healthy and no added sugar.
All you do is layer each thing on top of each other until it’s filled up to the top. I topped it with a flag, too, to make it extra special! But you can could add granola or raspberries or cherries… anything red and blue fruit and any kind of food with texture (maybe coconut flakes!) would be a nice addition, too!

Red, White & Blue Yogurt Berry Parfaits
- 1 pint of strawberries, washed, hulled and diced
- 1 large container of plain yogurt
- 1 pint of blueberries, washed
- Using any kind of clear glass (like a wine glass) or a tall, skinny ice cream bowl, add some strawberry pieces to the bottom and top with a large scoop of yogurt. Then, layer with blueberries, then more yogurt, then repeat until filled. Refrigerate until ready to serve! Enjoy!
