Happy Memorial Day!
Today, we are headed over to our friends Adam & Cristina’s house for a Memorial Day BBQ. While I’m not one to make alcoholic beverages as our dish of choice, I wanted to bring something special over. I decided to make a sangria to kick off the summer because they are so light and airy and are really refreshing.
I whipped it together in under 5 minutes. I think it actually took me longer to open the rosé than it did to dump all the ingredients into the pitcher.
While I used a sparkling rose, you could easily make this with any kind of rose. But, I think the bubbles give it an even better appearance and taste. This quick and easy drink might be my drink of summer 2019!
