Instant Pot Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

With a new baby and a toddler, we don’t have much time to think about cooking. So a recipe that you can dump into the crock-pot in the morning and have dinner ready by the evening makes life so much easier. It’s so versatile that you can add any seasoning to the mix, too. Super easy, super good!

Instant Pot Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.img_7780
  2. Set instant pot to saute and add the olive oil. once warm, add the chicken thighs and cook for 2 minutes on each side (this will keep all the juices inside) Add the rest of the ingredients in, mix everything together and flip the chicken skin side up.
  3. Set instant pot to pressure cook for 12 minutes and seal. Once ready, quick release pressure, remove chicken and serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!img_7790
