Inspired by @katieleekitchen ‘s Peach Caprese Salad, this salad had me screaming summmmerrrrr for lunch today. A fresh nectarine, sweet cherries, creamy burrata, soft fresh herbs, topped with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Yummy! I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad
Ingredients
- 1 nectarine, chopped
- 5 cherries, pit removed and chopped
- 1/2 ball burrata, chopped
- 5 mint leaves, chopped
- 4 basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, to taste
Directions
- Chop fruit, cheese and herbs and mix in a bowl. Top with glaze and eat immediately! Enjoy!
