Instant Pot 3 Bean Turkey Chili

We’re having a few wet and cold days here in April and I wanted to make something that was warm and made the house smell good (we are still quarantined and all….). Since we have an abundance of ground meat in the freezer and canned beans in the cabinet, I decided to make a chili. And a LOT of it!

This chili has lots of filling with not as much liquid, which is how I like it. It’s thick, hearty and tasty. Like really tasty! I like to think its strong flavors come come from my chili seasoning but I’ll leave that up to you to decide! I will say the girls told me this was ‘the best dinner they’ve ever had’. So there’s that. 🙂

Let me know what you think in the comments below!
