Here’s the last recipe of the week featuring Trader Joe’s only ingredients! It’s been a fun and super easy cooking week, something I’ve really looked forward to given the clocks changed and we’ve all been so tired.
And since I love making soup on Friday’s, we’re ending the week with a super creamy, almost decadent (almost!) creamy chicken soup. It literally couldn’t be easier – open containers, pour into pot, simmer for 10 minutes and done! If you want to do something a little extra special, you could serve this with a side of garlic bread to dip into it or any bread you have on hand for that matter. There’s no reason to be picky this week!

Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup
- 2 containers Trader Joe’s kettle cooked chicken soup (refrigerated section)
- 1 container Trader Joe’s whipping cream
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Gnocchi (pantry section)
- In a large pot, add all ingredients over medium and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
