Asian Chicken Slaw Salad

Hi, friends! I have a super easy dinner I wanted to share with you all that was a huge win over here (minus my youngest who still is not a fan of most veggies): it’s an Asian Chicken Slaw Salad. All you need to make it is: shredded chicken (you can use any kind you have, even rotisserie), a bag of slaw mix (or any vegetables you have on hand that you can shred to be the same shape as the shredded chicken) and 3 pantry staples – peanut butter, soy sauce and honey. That’s it! You shred everything, mix it all together and a completely healthy dinner is ready to eat!

It’s easy to make, easy to eat and even easier to clean-up! Done and done! Hope you liked this one! Let me know what you think in the comments below! Happy cooking!
