Boursin Orzo Bake with Chicken Sausage

Every once in a while, a recipe on TikTok catches my eye. Sometimes it’s sweet. Sometimes it’s savory. But, it’s generally something I don’t typically make that I know my kids will love. A few years ago, it was the viral Feta pasta. And in the past year, it seems to be this Boursin Orzo Bake. While this one has been around for a year or so (or maybe even longer!?!), I haven’t had the chance to pull it together. This past weekend, that finally changed!

Last week, my family bought me a new All-Clad pan as an early birthday gift. I really wanted to try out, so I knew this one-pan meal would be the perfect meal to make in it. The thing I like most about this pan is it’s extra large – larger than a frying pan, but the sides are lower than a dutch oven. So, it’s the perfect pan to make large meals in!

When I started to pull this together, I realized it’s even easier than I initially thought it would be to make- if you have some leftover sausage, it would come together even faster! Just cut your veggies, and throw everything in the pan – bake it and done! Literally, so easy!

Do you have any other one-pan meals that you absolutely love? I’d love to try making them – let me know in the comments below. Happy cooking!
