Ground turkey is one of those meats I always have on hand. I tend to make a lot of quick weeknight dinners using it – meatballs, turkey skillets, tacos, soups, etc…It’s just such a versatile food and is also a very lean, healthy meat.
Even though I make a lot of meals with it, I’m still always looking for new ways to make it more flavorful and exciting. Because, let’s face it, it can get quite monotonous if you make the same recipe over and over.
So when I saw this recipe on TikTok, I knew that’s what we had to have for dinner. It just some sautéing, some mixing and some pan time. But all-in-all, it only takes about 20-minutes to have these on the table.
You never know if recipe’s you see on TikTok are going to be good, but this one is super moist and flavorful. It’s also super easy, which made it a big selling feature to me.

Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 3-4 handfuls of spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large tomato
- Boston/Bib lettuce
- Optional for serving: any condiments you like (ketchup, relish, mustard, etc…)
Directions
- In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic with chopped spinach until spinach shrivels (about 2-3 minutes). Set aside to let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, feta and seasonings with spinach and garlic mixture. Mix well, and divide the mixture into 4 even balls.
- Preheat a large pan on medium-high heat and add the other tablespoon of oil. Once warm, add turkey balls and gently smash them down until the form thick patties. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Once burgers are done, serve it with lettuce, tomato and any condiments you like. Enjoy!
