Salmon is one of those summer easy super foods that cooks quickly and is very healthy! It’s such a great weeknight food to make. You can use it for lunch or dinner and you always feel full and happy after eating it.
I always try to make salmon in different ways (these are all the ways I’ve made it so far!) and this version might just be my favorite! It cooks up in under 10-minutes (just make sure you marinate it at least 20 minutes so it soaks up the flavor), it’s flavor packed and there are just a few ingredients. When you pan-fry this, the sauce caramelizes making each bite sweet and crunchy. I just loved it and so did the fam-fam.
Take a look at how easy it is to make below and let me know what you think in the comments below! Happy cooking. 🙂

- Sesame seed mix, to serve
- Rice or salad, to serve (optional)
Directions
- In a small bowl, dice the salmon into 1-inch squares.

- Toss the salmon with the Soyaki and let marinate for 20 minutes – overnight.
