As the weather finally begins to warm (it IS May!!), I tend to want to eat lighter foods. I like to include even more fruit and veg into my dinners and focus more on vegetarian foods. This week is the beginning of my lighter foods for the summer!! Yipee!
There also might even be something special on Wednesday – it is my one year anniversary and all. 🙂
