It’s April…I can’t believe Passover & Easter are coming already! These big holidays mean lots of family time. Since we celebrate both, I’m going to be busy making all sorts of appetizers, soups and salads, sides, main courses and desserts. There’s even a couple of leftover ideas for all the matzo or Easter candy you’ll have for the days after.
