Whole30/Paleo Green Smoothie

Sick of eating eggs for breakfast when doing your Whole30 month? Try a smoothie! You’ll get a good start on your day and satisfy any sweet tooth cravings you’re having. Just watch out for how much sugar you’re having in a day since there is a restriction on how much sugar you can eat in a day on Whole30.

Whole30/Paleo Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 very ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 green apple, core removed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until well combined, about 30 seconds – 1 minute. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
