Vinaigrettes are the glue for any good salad, and they taste 100% better when made fresh. They’re super easy to make and can adapt to anything you make. You probably already have the ingredients on hand too! Give it a try on watermelon spinach salad or to marinade chicken.
- 3 parts extra virgin olive oil (or grape seed oil)
- 1 part (good) balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- Salt & pepper
- Add the oil, vinegar, salt & pepper to a covered jar and shake until mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
- Pour over food and enjoy!
